More Sizes of 3d-Printed Bookbinder’s Gauges/Straightedges From iBookBinding
As most of our 3d-printed tools may be adjusted for almost any client’s needs, some of the changes are implemented for the standard versions on the product as well. That’s why we add many new sizes to our bookbinder’s gauges.
Originally we offered 30-cm long gauges that were printed in multiple widths from 5 mm to 20 mm. Since the recent update, you may order any size from 2 mm to 30 mm. You can ask for different sizes with a customization request.
Besides new widths the gauges/straightedges are now available in different length, starting from 10 cm up to 40 cm. Sizes in inches are available as well (4″, 8″, 12″, and 16″.)
As we sell these gauges in sets of 3, 4, 5, and 10 items, these sets were updated as well to allow you choosing the length.
The gauges may be used for different bookbinding tasks, like marking the distance between the spine and the boards of the cover. Or in any other cases when you need to mark some distance fast or have the same offset in multiple locations.
As a bonus, you can make some suprematist art with them =)
