Leon Laserson (1887 – 1946) was a Jewish engineer from Riga, Latvia. During the second part of his life, he settled in Romania and made his fortune in the oil business. Soon becoming a notable art collector in Romania, he also collected books.
I found this book at a book market in the Hague. But as you can see, it was first sold by some Romanian antiquarian bookseller.
