Recently we updated our book press family for even better user experience. Previously, wing nuts were used for tightening the press. That’s a cheap and straightforward solution that allowed us to keep the price low. But now we found a better way!
From now on, we include a set of 3d-printed star-knobs with steel nuts fused into them. This solution allows for a better grip when tightening or unscrewing the press. And you can achieve good pressure even without using additional tools!
And until the 20th of October, we have a Halloween sale with a 20% discount on almost all of the items in our shop, including these presses!
We make these presses in three modifications:
- Basic book press;
- Book press with a sewing frame;
- Book press with a sewing frame and a slotted bar with hooks for cord adjustment.
You can find all of them here: etsy.com/shop/iBookBindingStore?section_id=19168124
