Come Over to the Sint-Niklass Bookbinders’ Fair in Belgium This Sunday!

A year ago I participated in a bookbinders’ fair for the first time. And that was the Bookbinders’ Fair in Sint-Niklaas near Antwerp in Belgium. It was an amazing experience and this Sunday I go back to that small Belgian town.

Since that first time at a bookbinders’ fair, I’ve been to some other fairs as well. Each of them has its attractive sides. However, the fair in Sint-Niklaas seems to hit that sweet spot, by being visited by lots of bookbinders and hobbyists, but not being overcrowded. Or by attracting not only vendors and artisan catering to bookbinders, but to people interested in other related arts and crafts, and not becoming too far away from bookbinding. I wrote a post about it last year.

Come over and say hi! I’m sure you will find lots of interesting tools and materials there!

iBookBinding will sell its 3d-printed tools for bookbinding, as well as sewing frames, and book scanning tools. And there will be some nice discounts offered there (not mentioning that you save on shipping!)

You will find more details on the fair on the official web site.

If you’d like to see how it goes, I streamed from the Bookbinders’ Fair Belgium last year. Watch the video below:
